Seoul Lantern Festival 2013

We visited the Seoul Lantern Festival today November 2, 2013. There were many displaces of lanterns displays figures with Korean culture representations. According to the Korean tourism website this even has been held in the Cheonggyecheon Stream near downtown Seoul since 2009. Walking through the narrow creek sidewalk with thousands of people was interested because the stream water flow was on the opposite direction we were walking. The lights from the lanterns provided a sense of a magical image reflecting them on the water. Everyone walking on the opposite direction of the water provides the perspective a prospective of movement to the lanterns that are immobile. It was a good experience walking through the stream and seeing many different figures.
